[Bug 490605] [NEW] qt4-x11 4.6 rc1 causes Plasma and a few other things to redefine "slow"

Public bug reported:

I have noticed this bug when I was running qt4-x11 4.6-rc1 from a PPA in
Karmic, and I still notice it with the same version in Lucid.  (Both
were x86_64)  Plasma and the KDE startup process are made extremely,
unbearably slow by this version of qt4.  With the beta, it worked just
fine.  If you need any more data, please tell me.
