[Bug 421240] [NEW] KTouch doesn't have Hungarian keymap

Binary package hint: ktouch

KTouch doesn't have Hungarian keymap. Zoltan Szabo
(https://launchpad.net/~szabozoltan69) has made the XML-files for
KTouch, and send them to the upstream. Please add these files to the
KTouch package, because the upstream projekt works slowly.
