[Bug 418508] [NEW] "send URL by email" feature

It will be very convenient to have an action to be able to send the link of a webpage when you are reading one, as konqueror does.
When you are reading a webpage, an action "send the link to this page …" should edit a new e-mail with the link of this webpage in the body, and its title in the subject.
