Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

package kdebase-workspace-bin caused a crash alert during download of
multiple packages in synaptic package manager.  Believe to be cause
while downloading the k3b package.  Using Ubuntu 9.10 alpha-4.  This was
the only problem noted so far.
