Public bug reported:
Received this error when attempting to launch KPackageKit after a
reboot. All updates that could have been applied this morning were
applied. As I recall there were still 24 blocked updates when I got
done.
Error Type: Error Value: 'PackageKitCache' object has no attribute

This is now going to require some kind of "hand" fix since the update process cannot start. I imagine mish-mashing KPackageKit and Synaptic has wonderful side effects.
