[Bug 413227] [NEW] duplicated task titles on task manager

Kubuntu Karmic up to date is in use.

Sometimes after desktop switching I notice a task title (on the task
manager) from another desktop. Say, desktop 1 has Krusader running, I
switch to desktop 4, and Krusader title still exists. After switching to
desktop 1 I see... two task titles. After closing the task extra title
still exists (on all desktops), but isn't connected to any task. The
only way to eliminate this extra title is to restart X.
