[Bug 415237] [NEW] Can't report KDE bugs

Binary package hint: kde4libs

When I asked about this on IRC some time ago, I think it was 4.3-rc1,
some guy told me that the devs are aware of the problem and are working
on a fix. But it still doesn't work on the final 4.3 packages for Jaunty
(from the PPA).

What doesn't work?  Help->Report Bug doesn't do anything.  Makes
reporting stuff to KDE upstream a lot harder.

I read on some roadmap the plan to replace the KDE bug report dialog
with an apport one or something.  If thats really the plan, please give
me an option to report bugs directly to upstream as well.
