[Bug 415162] [NEW] KDE gtk settings do not set proper font size

Public bug reported:

I have my fonts in KDE set to Aller, size 8. My font of choice is
correctly applied to gtk applications, but the size of the font is not.
I can tell because I use Chromium and the omnibar text size is very
large. I use a netbook so I need all the space I can get. I'm attaching
a screenshot of the omnibar also.
