Public bug reported:

The move to Arora has had Konqueror updated in such a way that there is
no longer any trashcan icon. There is also no timed expiration of items
moved to trash. A user has to open Dolphin and there, listed with all
of their other storage devices is a trash can.

This needs to be moved to the desktop bar as an icon or on the desktop
itself. Yes, you've replicated it on the Computer menu, but most other
desktop GUIs provide a trashcan icon on the desktop where it is obvious
to all.

A timed expiration for files placed there would really help. Two weeks
should be long enough as a default.
