[Bug 411758] [NEW] [karmic] arora annoying popup blocker behaviour

In kubunu after an update last week arora's popup blocking is highly
annoying.

It opens the popup in new tab, switches focus to that tab and then
closes the popup tab and then switches back to the original tab from
where the popup was opened.
