[Bug 410380] [NEW] Textboxes (e.g. location bars) with images in them are using the wrong sizes.

Public bug reported:

Many text boxes with images scatter about in KDE either have text boxes
to small for the image or have images to big to fit in the text boxes.
In these cases the icons overlap the border.

The location bar in dolphin when it's editable is effected. The text
boxes for the filename in the Save and Open dialog boxes are effected.
In Konqueror in the location bar the (fav icon) left image is effected,
but the icons on the right side are not causing the aesthetic
deficiency.
