[Bug 409492] [NEW] Akregator cannot fetch any feeds

Kubuntu 9.10 Karmic

Akregator cannot fetch any feeds, either default or user defined.  I have removed
the configuration directory to reset defaults with no change.  This has been tested
on both AMD64 and i386 versions using different hardware.  The application does
not crash, however it does not display an error either, just a red X on every feed.
