[Bug 409189] [NEW] KDE 4.3 should include a systray applet for knetworkmanager which is not present

Public bug reported:

Since KDE 4.3 RC3 the network management widget does not show connected
status when connected to a network.

In 4.3 final release the KDE devs have removed the widget and replaced
with a systray applet which doesn't seem to be present in the packages
for Jaunty from the ppa.
