[Bug 369871] [NEW] kile needs ispell, but not Depends, Recommends or Suggests it

Binary package hint: kile

After installing kile on a ubuntu 9.04 (gnome) the spell checking does not work. It fails silently.
After installing ispell it is working. So kile should Depends, Recommends or Suggests ispell.
