I can confirm this bug. To clarify, the group list will continue to
disappear and reappear for as many mouse clicks until another button on
the taskbar gets the focus. The group button seems to grab the mouse
focus and doesn't return it until the mouse pointer moves away from the
taskbar, at which point, normal behaviour returns.
