[Bug 368706] [NEW] create a package for amarok 1.4

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amarok

Lots of people are having problems with Amarok 2.0. Having both packages
Amarok 1.4 and Amarok 2.0 seems to be safer, since Amarok 2.0 is
presenting lots of problems (different UI, regressions, etc.).
