[Bug 368586] [NEW] Accounts wont delete

KDE 9.0.4

Whenever I open kmail there is an account that casues it to crash a pop3
account.

I have removed this account several times and the app runs ok.

When I close and reopen the kmail app the accounts are back and casue it
to crash is there some reason why they are stored after I have removed
them can i delete them manually?
