I just cannot get this version of Kmail to use the 'Standard Templates'
tab.

In reply to Sender I have:

%CURSOR

On %ODATEEN %OTIMELONGEN you 9wrote:

Taken from my KDE3x days. (notice the '9' next to wrote - for testing).

If I hit reply or reply to Author:

Cursor is at the bottom of the quoted email (very annoying) and the top
of the quoted message is listed as:

At first I thought it was just ignoring the %CURSOR, but then quickly
realised it is completely ignoring the Templates.
