[Bug 367234] [NEW] KDE: Copy dialog start / stop buttons inoperative when panel is locked

The start / stop buttons of copy / move dialogs are inoperative when the panel is locked. I originally reported this upstream at KDE, however, it appears that this is a Kubuntu-specific bug. Here is the original KDE bug:
