[Bug 333842] [NEW] folder view widget gets black edges when resized

When a folder view plasma widget is resized, the edges turn black
instead of being translucent.

I'm running Jaunty, updating fairly regularly.

This started happening recently, I think after my last update, which
included updates that were released between 2009-02-13 and 2009-02-21.
