Binary package hint: kdeplasma-addons

After adding portuguese language to KDE (to the existing german
language) and setting it to be the preferred language for another user,
the initial user set to german gets the date shown in portuguese.
Additionally the configuration window contains texts in all three
languages as seen in the attached screenshot. Assuming the english text
in the german environment are simply untranslated, the date and the
configuration window texts in portuguese might be a bug.
