[Bug 356401] [NEW] Amarok likes the doors more than I do

AKA - Amarok repeats songs more than it should

See screenshot. I have a playlist set up that biases towards never
played, and highly rated songs. Amarok chooses one particular track (CD2
of the Doors, with 4*s, about 15% of the time, repeatedly.)

It should have built in "don't repeat this" logic; also, there's
probably a bug in the randomness algorithm.
