[Bug 355116] [NEW] Kaddressbook won't start (stuck with select main mail address)

Under Kubuntu Jauntu :

- DO: start Kontact.
- DO: go to the contact view
- EXPECT: if you have contacts (at least your first one with several mail addresses), you should be stuck with a dialog box prompting you to choose the default mail address of the first contact of your address book. You never exit from this dialog box until the whole Kontact app crashes.
