[Bug 354023] [NEW] Battery monitor applet shadow is displayed in the wrong place after upgrading to KDE 4.2.2

Public bug reported:

After the upgrade to KDE 4.2.2 on Jaunty, the shadow for the Battery
Monitor applet is displayed only a few pixels tall right above (and off-
center of) the applet.  I have provided a screenshot to demonstrate.
