[Bug 275964] [NEW] Kile doesn't allow to reorder Tabs

I want to reorder my tabs as I do with, say gnome-terminal. I'm used to do this with Ctrl+Shift+Page{Up,Down} and I'd like to do this with Kile as well.
Also it's not possible to reorder tabs with dragging them around. I expected the tabs to be drag and dropable.
