[Bug 273499] [NEW] shortcut for adding bookmarks not working

Public bug reported:

Running fully updated Intrepid. In Konqueror, when pressing Ctrl+B to
add a bookmark nothing happens. Clicking through the menu Bookmarks ->
Add bookmark does work.
