So what is the best point of action here?  It looks like there are 2
main ones:

1) add a dependency in our Ubuntu package of Amarok on kdebase-data
2) add just personal.png to the Ubuntu package of Amarok

It looks like the bug only manifests itself when installing Amarok on a
Gnome environment.
