[Bug 271674] [NEW] libqt4-core 32bit packages on 64bit intrepid

The problems is this,

I'm using Skype 2.0 on Intrepid 64bit, with 32 bit wrapper /usr/lib32
etc ... .

in the last libqt4-core (32 bit) packages named "libqt4-core_4.4.1-0ubuntu2_i386.deb" , the /usr/lib files are missing.
Also in libqt4-gui too.

for 32 bit executions i'm solved with a downgrade to version
"libqt4-core_4.3.4-0ubuntu3_i386.deb". In this version /usr/lib are
correct.
