To reproduce:
Use open file and type an address like "sftp://user@somplace.com/"

Expected result: Used the kioslave to connect to the server and
directory.

Actual result: I get a Malformed URL error.

I can use the sftp (or ftp) kio slaves from dolphin just fine. Currently
only quanta is a problem. I have search from bugs on KDEs bug list and I
could not find anything.
