[Bug 268528] [NEW] adept updater 3 less intuitive than version 2

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

- adept_notifier notify me some package updates
- click in it
- enter password
- I see the list of upgradable packages, but no one has the action upgrade.

The first time I see that is think than adept updater is unusable and I
use apt-get !

Later I see that if I fetch the list of packages list the action is set
as updrade that it is great.

I think that adept notifier should be more like than a wizard or
automatically fetch the list of packages  (like the version 2) !
