[Bug 264300] [NEW] Hotkeys are not working after an upgrade

Public bug reported:

I'm busy with an upgrade from 6.10 to 7.x and I noticed that some of my
shortcuts are not working anymore.

All shortcuts from the file $HOME/.kde/share/config/khotkeysrc are not
working anymore. And I understood there isn't a way to restore these
shortcuts, other then reapplying them via the control center.
