[Bug 291468] [NEW] GTK apps don't use KDE style

I've just finished upgrading Kubuntu from 8.04 to 8.10 and all GTK apps,
including firefox, aren't using the KDE style. This is happening in
spite of setting that option on the system settings appearance section.
