a) please report individual wishes
b) mount/unmount => mountmanager
c) samba => kdenetwork-filesharing
d) manager users and groups => kuser

Closing bug because we don't accept metabugs and because most of the
missing features are actually replaced by different packages.

Also, please note that any nomination for released software (in this
case Intrepid) would need the necessary changes described and available,
not the case here. Nomination for the current development version
doesn't make much sense either, because any bug that is not nominated
for a released series is targeting the development series anyway.
