Thanks for following up. I just tried this in Korganiser in Intrepid
with KDE4.1.2 and it works fine there so at least that tells us that the
problem seems to be restricted to KDE3

korganizer --version
Qt: 4.4.3
KDE: 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2)
KOrganizer: 4.1.0

According to this page https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/kdepim
version 3.5.10 is available for Hardy. Could you see if the problem is
still present in that version. If it is I'm not sure what we can do.
I've no idea what the KDE projects plans are regarding making another
bug fix release to the 3.5.x series. It's currently undecided as far as
I know.
