[Bug 267311] Re: Date & Time freezes when changing time zone

I am seeing this with KDE 4.1.2 on Kubuntu 8.04 amd64 - I'm trying to
set it to use NTP to set my date/time.  Check the box, hit apply, and it
freezes.  I terminated the process, then tried Alt-F2, and that crashed.
What's going on?
