[Bug 290607] [NEW] Missing entries for keyboard shortcuts

Public bug reported:

In the keyboard shortcut configuration of konsole (Intrepid, KDE 4), entries for the following menu items are missing:
- "Copy Input to..."
- Enlarge font (at least, there is a fixed setting <Ctrl>+<+>)
- Shrink font (fixed setting <Ctrl>+<->)

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
