[Bug 290374] [NEW] "Send Input to All Sessions" missing in konsole under KDE 4

Public bug reported:

After upgrade from Hardy to Intrepid, konsole lacks of the feature "Send
Input to All Sessions". I do not know whether this is a bug in konsole
or intentional, but this feature is really important and useful when
administrating multiple machines simultaneously with different SSH
connections in different konsole tabs.
