[Bug 290172] [NEW] KUser gives no provision to "select" users

Public bug reported:

A user cannot be simply "selected" using kuser. ie. when clicked on it,
it opens the properties for the user. If one intends to select multiple
users, Ctrl+Click would open the properties window each time and on has
to close the "User Properties" window for every click to get the user
selected.

Hence, KUser should be so configured that it should not open "user
properties" when Ctrl+Clicked
