Thanks for reporting this bug. To diagnose this problem we need more
information. Could you please give us a more detailed explanation of
what you were trying to do when the bug occurred so that we can try to
reproduce it. If you received an error message could you please tell us
the complete text of the error message.

You state that you checked 'server requires authentication'. Could you
please be specific about which dialog you checked that option in, just
so that we're clear.
