[Bug 289717] [NEW] Application not fully translated

Public bug reported:

I use kalarm on Gnome. I've updated from Ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10 rc. Since
update, kalarm is not fully translated. For example, main menu is
correctly in French, but sub-menus are mostly in English. There's even a
mix, like "Annuler New alarm". I have French support selected in the
language support configuration of Gnome.
