Thanks for reporting this bug.

The simple way to check if the bug is reproducible is to just repeat the
actions you believe caused the crash and see if it happens again. If it
does we can work on it, if it doesn't great we can close another bug.
Either way please let us know.

If you can reproduce the crash then try it with a different feed just in case there is something wrong with that feed. If it happens with any feed then please answer the following questions.
What version of Kontact are you running?
What were the steps you took to induce the crash?
If you can reliably reproduce the crash then please install the package kdepim-dbg then induce the crash. This will help us get a more useful backtrace than the automatically generated one.
