[Bug 289162] [NEW] okular does not provide pdf-viewer

Binary package hint: kdegraphics

The okular binary package in Intrepid does not provide pdf-viewer. As a
result, applications which have a dependency on pdf-viewer will want
another pdf-viewer installed if okular is the only one available.
