[Bug 287585] [NEW] Cannot print images from digikam

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: digikam

If I open the image editor in digikam and click "Print Image" in the
"File" menu nothing happens. No prit dialog appears no crash, no error
message on the console (if I start digikam from a terminal window). What
I expect is a printing dialog. So digikam does not allow to print at
all.
