[Bug 286662] [NEW] plasmoids should be in app-install-data

Binary package hint: kdeplasma-addons

Plasmoids have a user-visible GUI, so it ought to be possible to find
them using adept-installer. Plasmoid packages should have .desktop files
in /usr/share/applications so that they will be included in app-install-
data.
