[Bug 286391] [NEW] openoffice toolbars disappear on mouse hover

Toolbars disappear on mouse hover, the most upper one disappears if you
click on any of the entries; toolbars become visible again if I minimize
and un-minimize openoffice window until I hover over toolbars with mouse
cursor again.
