[Bug 284576] [NEW] Folder view widget does not change folder icon when changed via dolphin

Public bug reported:

The Folder View plasma widget does not update folder icon change when done using dolphin.
To reproduce, create a folder in desktop and change it's icon in dolphin. The icon on the widget remains unchanged.
