[Bug 283805] [NEW] Kopete doesn't send ICQ messages containg links (sometimes)

Using Kopete (KDE4) in Kubuntu Intrepid

When sending a message containing a weblink (http://...) the whole
message will not be received by an icq buddy. I could not figure out
what part of the URL causes the problem, as this also occures to the
message without the "http://". Some links work, others don't. No error
message... Can I provide some information to help solve this issue?
