Oh, that was the duplicate I marked. Are you sure that kdebase-
workspace-dbg was installed?

If it was that means apport is pretty messed up at the moment, and we'll have to get the backtrace the manual way as described here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKDE (If you have kdebase-workspace-dbg installed you can probably skip that -dbgsym stuff.)
