[Bug 282722] [NEW] Drag&Drop doesn't work between tabs in dolphin

1) I use Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex), 64 bit edition.
Description:    Ubuntu intrepid (development branch)
Release:        8.10

2) dolphin:
  Installed: 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu3
  Candidate: 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu3
  Version table:
 *** 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu3 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com intrepid/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) I want to open 2 or more tabs and drags files/directories from one
directory to another, when mouse cursor is hover the tab dolphin should
change tab

4) When I drag a file on another tab dolphin does nothing
