2,3,4. Done for amarok-kde4, dunno about the regular amarok package
5. Not done yet
6. I don't have knetworkmanager installed, so I can't test this.
7. Uh, dunno :P
8. This was fixed too afaik.

So, investigation on points 2, 3 and 4 are needed. Points 5 and 7 need
addressing. Since most of the changes now apply to Kickoff itself I'm
moving this to affect kdebase-workspace.
